Thought Leadership

Speed to signal. Speed to market. Speed compounds.

That's been the thesis. This year it became the portfolio.

What We Do

We back and build AI-native companies that help enterprises move from planning to production. Not AI for efficiency. AI for growth. Predictive intelligence, rapid validation, and execution at scale.

Our portfolio spans the full enterprise growth continuum:

  • Predict Demand: Surface shifts 12-18 months before the mainstream

  • Shape Innovation: Compress annual cycles into weeks

  • Launch to Market: Turn opportunity into shelf-ready proof fast

  • Lift Revenue: Convert strategy into realized returns

This year we sharpened that mission: make AI-native growth the standard for every company. Our updated website reflects the thesis, the portfolio, and how to start a conversation: hauerx.com

The Portfolio

11 companies and growing. Enterprise clients including Walmart, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Kraft Heinz, Diageo, Allianz, Danone, Honda, Daimler. Fortune 500 leaders across CPG, retail, financial services, automotive, and B2B.

2025 was a big year:

Board of Innovation built AI-powered innovation engines for Walmart that accelerated ideation 115x, compressing five days of work into one hour. Building on momentum from previous years, including their work with Coca-Cola designing a future-ready marketing function, transforming Nestlé's innovation methodology to 3x speed, and driving $500M+ in sales for Takeda's QDENGA vaccine launch, BOI continues pushing AI-native operating models into real enterprise transformation.

Ai Palette was acquired by GlobalData in March, validating the always-on CPG innovation model. Their platform now powers trend prediction across 61 billion data points in 18 languages, helping clients like Nestlé, Kellogg's, Diageo, and Olam turn consumer signals into first-mover advantage before competitors see the shift.

Nichefire was selected for Engage Cohort 14 and announced a strategic partnership with HUCKLE, combining predictive cultural intelligence with precision audience targeting. Their recent work on the "Nutrition-Per-Dollar" trend showed how cultural signals can reveal fundamental consumer value shifts before traditional research catches up. Kraft Heinz, Nestlé, and Walmart use the platform to see what's coming before competitors even know to look.

FifthRow launched its App Marketplace with 150+ autonomous AI applications that replace traditional consulting workflows. Fortune 500 clients including Samsung, Cisco, Bridgestone, and Swiss Re are compressing months of strategy work into hours. The numbers: 87% concept validation success rate versus 30% industry average, and $674M in client savings on professional services.

3D Color works with 250+ of the top CPG companies and brands, turning product concepts into shelf-ready prototypes and sales samples at a pace traditional packaging can't match. Their Pack Futures content series launched this year, documenting how speed to market is reshaping packaging strategy.

SurveySensum launched SensAI, a full AI transformation of its customer experience platform. The AI co-pilot generates surveys from simple prompts, auto-tags feedback by theme and sentiment, and tells teams exactly what's driving NPS changes and what to fix. Clients report 35% faster issue resolution and 50% reduction in time-to-market for new products.

StoryTap launched video reviews for Google. Businesses auto-capture authentic customer testimonials and publish directly to Google Reviews in two clicks. AI-powered. Zero production. Done.

The pattern across every company: predict earlier, decide faster, execute with fewer wasted cycles.

Speed to signal. Speed to market.

What I'm Learning

The 6% of companies seeing real commercial returns from AI aren't the ones with the most sophisticated strategy. They're the ones who treated AI as a growth engine from day one.

Compounding is real but patience is hard. The instinct is to chase the big swing. But the portfolio companies winning right now are stacking small advantages week after week. 115x faster ideation came from disciplined iteration, not a single breakthrough.

Receipts beat rhetoric. Every time. The market is flooded with AI promises. The filter is simple: not "we implemented AI" but "here's the revenue it generated."

Looking Ahead

We're building toward the full enterprise growth continuum: demand prediction, innovation shaping, launch execution, and revenue lift connected into one integrated stack.

Enterprise leaders: If you're ready to turn AI from experiment into engine, let's talk about which portfolio capabilities fit your growth priorities.

Founders and solutions providers building AI-native companies: If you're focused on enterprise growth and have the receipts to prove it, we want to hear from you.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear what you're working on and your ideas for partnership. Drop a comment, send a DM, or just say hello.
