AlignAI cofounder and CEO Rehgan Bleile and Slalom’s Joe Stinchcomb have founded the AI CoE Collective, an invite-only community for people responsible for enterprise AI centers of excellence.
Members work through the operating questions that emerge as AI programs grow: who owns a use case, how it moves through governance and how teams decide what deserves continued investment. Their work contributes to an open-source AI Operating Model that other practitioners can use.
The format includes monthly virtual roundtables and quarterly workshops, held in person or in a hybrid setting. Membership is free, with applications reviewed for fit. The organizers describe the group as a working community for practitioners and exclude sales pitches from its sessions.
For an AI program leader, the potential value is access to people making similar decisions inside other organizations. An operating model becomes more useful when its assumptions have been tested against the constraints of a real business.
