According to the product listing, Answers searches for evidence, reads the full pages it cites and writes a brief with inline citations. It then evaluates the answer against those pages and returns relevance and hallucination scores alongside the result.

Beránek said FifthRow built the first version two years earlier to give its agents factual information. He described a process that compares search engines for each question, extracts individual claims from the underlying pages and checks the original answer against that evidence. The evaluation and feedback travel with the answer.

Users can narrow a question to selected domains or a date range. The output includes a readable report and structured data for use in other workflows. AI agents can call Answers through the Apify API or MCP server. The listing quotes $0.14 per run.

For a team preparing a competitor brief or assessing a new market, the useful question is whether each claim can be traced to evidence that supports it. Answers makes that review part of the research workflow, with the supporting material available for inspection.
