Our May releases give you powerful new ways to build, present, and collaborate. From a fully redesigned App builder to smarter Q&A and easier sharing, everything’s been refined to help you work faster, more transparently, and with more control.

New App Editor

The App creation experience has been completely overhauled. The new interface is cleaner, faster, and more intuitive — helping you go from concept to execution with ease.

New Patent Search Tool for Flows

You can now add a Patent Search to your Flows. It scans Google Patents to find relevant products based on description or owned by a specific company and returns the top 25 results from the search, sorted by newest patent — perfect for competitive analysis, R&D scouting, or IP validation during early-stage research. Available as a tool in the Flow creation canvas.

Exa Now Added to the Answers Tool

The Answers Tool now optionally uses Exa.ai, for 2x faster information retrieval— delivering more accurate sources, better citations. Our judge technology automatically checks for hallucinations, confabulations and for deeper, more reliable insights regardless of the underlying tech.

Mermaid diagrams in Markdown

Add diagrams (e.g.2x2 matrix) and flowcharts directly in content. Also Mermaid charts can be XY chart, Quadrant, Pie chart or a mindmap.

Ask Follow-Up Questions after Any Agent’s Output

You can now ask your own questions — or manually answer ones the agent didn’t complete. This gives you more control and clarity over your insights —especially when dealing with edge cases or deep research. All answers are automatically verified by our judge technology.

Create Flows by Chatting

The new chatbot-style Generate Flow is now live. Just describe what you want, and FifthRow will structure it into a working Flow template — ideal for both technical and non-technical users. Try it out yourself – Create a New Flow.

Now Export to PowerPoint

Flow and App outputs can now be exported as clean, pre-formatted PowerPoint decks — perfect for team reviews, executive briefings, or client presentations. No more copying content slide by slide. The output is a default PPT template that allows for one-click theme applications. This is the first version of the feature – please let us know what we should add!

Click on “Share & Export” in the top right corner of any Flow and there you will find an option to “Export As PPT”.

 New App-Level Permissions

You now have more control over who can see each App you create. Set visibility at the time of creation. This helps you safely collaborate on internal tools or confidently share external-facing apps.

Improved Collaboration & Transparency

• Public links for App executions - Share your App results with a simple link, no login required.

• Improved input tracking - You can now filter Flow history by template to see trends and reuse faster.

• Streamlined UI for flows without templates - Buttons like export, share, and source visibility are now hidden for cleaner runs.
